  Hindu marriage  harmonizes two individuals for ultimate eternity so that they can pursue dharma (Truth), arth (meaning), and kama (worldly desires). It is a union of two individuals as spouses and is recognized by liveable continuity. In Hinduism, marriage is not followed by traditional rituals for consummation Marriage . Marriage is considered complete or valid even without consummation because the marriage is between two souls and it is beyond the body. It also joins two families together. Favourable colours are normally red and gold for this occasion. So, we can say marriage is between two souls irrespective of any gender, caste, religion, class, appearance. There is a big taboo of same-sex marriage if marriage itself says togetherness of two souls than why people are changing its definition.   What is Encounter Killing? Encounter Killing also known as "Retaliatory Killings" or "Extra-Judicial Executions" . It is a right to personal defence available to everyone, including the police. These killings were supported by thousands of people and politicians in the sense that they provided speedy justice to the otherwise slow criminal justice system. According to the National Human Rights Commission of India, there were alleged 1782 cases of fake encounters in India for the period 2000 to 2017. Of these, 44.55 per cent of the cases originated from Uttar Pradesh. The Indian Penal Code (IPC) doesn't mention encounter killing or extra-judicial killing. But Sections 96 to 106 of the IPC are often taken as enabling provisions to justify an encounter. These sections primarily deal with the Right of Private Defence and interestingly, apply not just to the police but also to private individuals. We live in a country where 70% of the population depends on farming, either directly or indirectly. Around 58% of total employment in the country is through agriculture, also the agriculture sector in our country contributes to around 18% of the GDP, agriculture has been consistently ignored at a steep cost to farmer's lives. Farmer suicides have been taking place across India for years now, and studies of rural distress reveal the deeply-rooted, tenacious causes, such as lack of irrigation, fragmentation of land, unsuitability of seeds, and inadequate sources of credit. THE NATIONAL CRIME RECORDS BUREAU  reported that a total of 2,96,438  Indian farmers had committed suicide since 1995. RAPE:   It's   a type of sexual assault  usually involving sexual intercourse  or other forms of sexual penetration  carried out against a person without that person's consent . The act may be carried out by physical force, coercion, abuse  of authority , or against a person who is incapable of giving valid consent, such as one who is unconscious, incapacitated, has an intellectual disability  or is below the legal age of consent.  The term  rape  is sometimes used interchangeably with the term  sexual assault.
